With years in international real estate and fluency in multiple languages, Rainer has guided buyers from Berlin to Cape Town, sometimes closing deals without clients ever setting foot in the country. “Buying a house is right up there with life’s biggest stressors,” he says, “so my role is to keep things calm, clear and kind.” And judging by the long-standing friendships he’s built, it’s a role he plays beautifully.
